By making a booking with Mush Dog Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept the Terms and Conditions detailed below.
DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY
You confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of your dog.
- Your dog's vaccinations are up to date and your dog is currently registered with your local council.
- You have disclosed any significant behavioural issues, medical conditions and allergies of your dog to Mush Dog Training.
- If any accident, injury or medical problem develops while your dog is in the care of Mush Dog Training, you authorise Mush Dog Training to take whatever action is deemed necessary for the wellbeing of your dog, and you agree to be responsible for any reasonable veterinary costs incurred as a result.
- You understand that there are inherent risks involved in dog training, and that except where caused by the negligence of Mush Dog Training, Mush Dog Training is not liable for any injuries, illnesses or damages to your dog or to any third party (human or animal) arising while your dog is in our care.
- Mush Dog Training is not liable for any loss or damage to property arising from the training provided, except where caused by our negligence.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
SERVICES & FEES
All fees for Training Consultations and Training Programmes are payable at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Payment plan options may be available on request. Late payment may result in postponement of your programme start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY - CLIENT CANCELLATIONS
- 14 or more days before your session/programme start date: full refund.
- 7–13 days before your session/programme start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before your session/programme start date: no refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY - CANCELLATIONS BY US
If Mush Dog Training needs to cancel or reschedule a booked session, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date/time or a full refund, at your choice.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
